24-7 Restoration is growing! We are a locally owned emergency disaster response company looking for Lead Restoration Technicians to join our team. Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. Job Summary:

Lead Technicians are responsible for leading restoration crew members on water, sewage, fire/smoke, and mold projects. Job responsibilities include: making contact with the customer, setting up/monitoring/takedown of equipment, demolition, cleaning up job site, warehouse organization, and company vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead by example and set the tone
  • Current IICRC certification is preferred
  • 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience
  • Hardworking, reliable, organized
  • Ability to work extended/on-call hours
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Valid CO Driver’s License
  • Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

Core Job Duties:

  • Supervising and training restoration technicians
  • Setting the example of how to properly manage a loss
  • Assessment and documentation on job site
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
  • Adherence to IICRC and 24-7 Restoration protocols
  • Vehicle and equipment care and maintenance
  • Helping to ensure a clean and organized warehouse
  • Responsible for crew’s quality and productivity performance
  • Excellent and responsive customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management

Schedule:
