Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking an experienced Restoration Superintendent to oversee restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects from start to finish. You will manage vendors, procure materials, schedule work, and monitor budgets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires field leadership, strong communication with occupants and owners, and the ability to travel nationwide for emergency and non-emergency losses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential and commercial construction experience preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel in response to emergencies across the nation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project management process.

Responsibilities

• Follows scope and notifies Project Director of discrepancies.
• Ensures all work is contracted/subcontracted.
• Obtains building permits and follows government guidelines for each permit and project.
• Adheres to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Manages subcontractors to meet contract requirements.
• Directly supervise BluSky personnel on projects.
• Develops and updates project schedules; communicates weekly.
• Mentors and trains junior team members.
• Represents BluSky emergency mitigation on-call management.
• Meets billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.
• Tracks change orders and budget updates.
