Job summary

Apex DKI is seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to lead pre-construction and execution for residential restoration jobs. You will manage scope, contracts, budgeting, materials, trades, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role drives profitability and strong client relationships through project completion. The position includes commission potential after 90 days, a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably residential restoration.
• Proficiency with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate or willingness to obtain training.
• Ability to obtain Level 1 certification in Xactimate.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and pass background checks.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and work from a valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction activities: scope, contracts, budgeting, materials, scheduling.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors; supervise jobsite safety per OSHA and policy.
• Run projects to completion; obtain customer approval and collect payments.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, agents, homeowners, and vendors.
