CARE-Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction & Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration and specialty construction excellence in Hanover, PA with up to 30% travel. This full-time role involves mentoring crews, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring budgets and timelines are met.

Expect hands-on leadership, exposure to residential and commercial projects, and a dynamic work environment that rewards excellence and independent initiative.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in construction/restoration.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and tech-driven work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed scopes and architectural drawings.
• Hands-on repair capability (windows/doors).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• OSHA 10 and IICRC Water Mitigation certifications.
• Knowledge of general contracting and property inspection processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach multiple construction and mitigation teams to ensure peak productivity and high-quality workmanship.
• Manage field operations daily and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
• Coordinate with general and trade contractors to clarify scopes of work and manage project punch lists.
• Analyze project requirements to provide accurate labor and material estimates and maintain budgets.
• Perform quality control inspections and system tests to guarantee proper home performance and safety.
• Review daily field documentation to maintain project transparency.
• Evaluate properties to develop estimates and scopes for specialized restoration projects.
