Job summary

ServiceMasterTEAM – Water, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration; FULL SERVICE RESTORATION in Texas seeks an experienced Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Chief to oversee field mitigation projects and lead restoration teams in accordance with IICRC.

The ideal candidate has strong IICRC alignment, understands drying science, leads from the front, and ensures quality and compliance while delivering excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong IICRC alignment and restoration knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience leading 2+ technicians on restoration jobs.
• ASD and WRT certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, checks route, ensures equipment and supplies are loaded, and arrives on site.
• Performs restoration tasks, monitors quality within budget, and documents progress.
• Leads on-site teams, communicates with customers, and manages scope of work.
• Maintains records and secures approvals, including insurance-related paperwork.
• Trains and mentors technicians and assists with estimates where needed.
