Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Lead Technician/Restoration Crew Chief in Houston, TX for residential and commercial fire and water cleanup and restoration. You will oversee project teams, perform mitigation, water extraction, and content handling, with pay starting at $25+ per hour and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD and WTR certification required.
• Experience in restoration or carpet/upholstery cleaning.
• Experience as a Crew Chief in fire and flood restoration.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality completion of restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Direct, aid and supervise Restoration Techs and staff per project.
• Evaluate competence and quality of Restoration Techs and staff.
• Increase knowledge and skill level of Restoration Techs and staff through training.
• Ensure productivity of Restoration Techs and staff assigned to the Crew Chief.
• Maintain all required restoration project documentation with photos.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required.
