• Ensures the timely quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises the Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers.
• Ensures and evaluates competence and quality of the Restoration Techs.
• Ensures excellent customer communication and relations.

Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT/IICRC)
