Role Overview

Restoration Crew Chief – Lead. Lead residential and commercial restoration projects, overseeing fire and water damage cleanup from start to finish. Coordinate on‑site operations, ensure quality workmanship, guide the team, and supervise Restoration Technicians.

Compensation

Hourly rate $22–$25 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning, moving, packing, and general labor projects.
• Direct, aid, and supervise the Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers assigned to projects.
• Evaluate and maintain competence and quality of team members.
• Provide ongoing training to increase knowledge and skill levels.
• Ensure production targets are met.
• Complete all required project documentation, forms, and photo documentation per protocols.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel out of town.
• Capable of moving and/or lifting 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Water Restoration Technician Certification (WRT) / IICRC.
