Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of Myrtle Beach, Georgetown and Florence is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential restoration projects from planning through completion. The role emphasizes organization, leadership, customer service, and collaboration with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

The position requires 3–5 years of project management in construction/restoration, strong computer skills, and relevant certifications (IICRC/Lead preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree or equivalent industry experience in construction/restoration.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in construction/restoration project management.
• Proficiency with computers and common software tools.
• Industry certifications (IICRC, Lead) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction plans and schedules; adapt to changing needs.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and receivables for each project.
• Recruit, supervise, and manage subcontractors and trade partners.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, officials, estimators, vendors, and staff to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Deliver on brand promises, uphold core values, and meet project quality standards.
• Ensure project documents are complete, on time, and stored properly.
• Participate in on-call rotation as determined by the rotating schedule.
