Tri-Weh Interior Construction & Remediation LLC is seeking a Lead Site Repair Technician to oversee restoration and remodeling projects in Cincinnati, OH. This role combines hands-on carpentry with crew leadership to ensure timely completion and exceptional craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in remodeling/restoration, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of remodeling and restoration experience, with a strong background in painting & drywall.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a carpentry crew to meet timelines.
• Perform hands-on carpentry work including painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and more.
• Coordinate with project managers to align with plans and client expectations.
• Oversee on-site work, including demolition, installations, and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans; ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site in line with OSHA standards.
• Provide updates and reports to Project Managers on scope, timeline, and budget.
• Mentor and train less experienced crew members.
