Qualifications

• Three to seven years of related carpentry work experience.
• Ability to inspect, repair, install, modify, rebuild, construct, and maintain carpentry services.
• Lead carpenter responsibilities with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple job sites.
• Ability to work effectively among diverse teams and manage multitask projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpentry projects from start to finish, performing finish and rough carpentry tasks per plan specs.
• Interpret plans accurately and ensure proper material selection and installation.
• Jump in to complete painting, drywall, and other related tasks as needed.
• Make sound decisions and evaluate personal performance.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration toward common goals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients, customers, and Charter personnel.
• Uphold safety protocols on all job sites.
