Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of remodeling and restoration experience, with a strong background in painting & drywall.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a carpentry crew to meet timelines.
• Perform hands-on carpentry work including painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and more.
• Coordinate with project managers to align with plans and client expectations.
• Oversee on-site work, including demolition, installations, and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans; ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site in line with OSHA standards.
• Provide updates and reports to Project Managers on scope, timeline, and budget.
• Mentor and train less experienced crew members.

The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role in managing a crew, ensuring timely completion and exceptional craftsmanship. This position is responsible for both hands-on remodeling work and the coordination of daily activities on-site.

• Perform hands-on carpentry work, including painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and more for both small and large-scale remodeling and restoration projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all tasks align with project plans, specifications, and client expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of site work, including demolition, installations, repairs, and modifications to meet high standards of workmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans, ensuring accurate execution and problem-solving on-site as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Track and manage project materials and inventory to avoid delays and ensure proper use.
• Provide daily updates and progress reports to Project Managers, communicating any adjustments needed to scope, timeline, or budget.
• Mentor and train less experienced crew members, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties and assist with other projects assigned by management.
