Steak ’n Shake is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards. Pay is up to $20.50 per hour with competitive benefits.

In this role you will lead openings and closings, coach team members, manage deposits, and help train new staff while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment at our Jacksonville location.

Qualifications

• US work authorization is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervisory or restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Able to lead daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability.
