CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality and service standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager on financial results, staffing, and training, while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and support special projects that boost profitability

Competenze

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasting, labor and inventory.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
• Supervise training, coaching, and performance feedback for Team Members.
• Support with scheduling, staffing and conflict resolution.
• Help improve guest experience and loyalty through service excellence.
• Prepare financial reports and track sales, cash handling, and budgets.
