Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Chambersburg, PA to lead the restaurant and squad, delivering the MOD commitment to guests while ensuring profitability. This role emphasizes developing leaders, coaching staff, and driving a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will balance frontline coaching with administrative tasks, execute training plans, and contribute to community initiatives, fundraising, and events, reflecting MOD's values and culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read financials.
• Collaboration with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing teams.
• Food safety or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to support restaurant hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the squad and develop leadership capabilities; a leader of leaders.
• Review restaurant results and develop action plans to achieve success using MOD tools.
• Own staffing and build talent pipelines; interview with dignity and compliance.
• Follow policies and timelines for employee processing and compliance documentation.
• Utilize MOD training plans to advance learning and recognize progress.
• Act as a community engagement ambassador; drive fundraising and catering initiatives.
• Plan staffing using forecasts and labor model and accommodate requests when possible.
• Maintain Loss Prevention and Asset Protection procedures; ensure cash handling and safety.
• Manage ordering and inventory to meet targets and stay aligned with MOD standards.
• Read and act on internal communications; attend meetings and trainings.
• Build relationships with vendors and facilities to keep the restaurant in top condition.
