Qualifications

• Must have or obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to travel to home store and other locations for training occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Maintain a high-quality guest experience and strong operational metrics.
• Stand and move for most of your shift; use headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
