Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage at Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando. You will oversee multiple outlets, plan staffing, training, scheduling, and ensure quality service that exceeds guest expectations.

You will lead a team with 5–7 years of progressive F&B leadership, manage labor costs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years progressive leadership experience in hotel or free standing quality food service operation.
• Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outlet staffing levels to optimize performance.
• Represent the Director of Food and Beverage in their absence.
• Ensure adherence to department policies and hotel guidelines.
• Oversee labor costs and scheduling to keep within budgets and forecasted targets.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and dining enjoyment.
• Coach, train and develop outlet staff to meet Loews standards.
