The ideal candidate has 10+ years in restaurant construction, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and crews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a superintendent in restaurant construction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and methodical project management.
• Effective communication with customers and field teams.
• Proficient computer skills including email, RFIs, daily reports; MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain construction schedule and identify potential problems.
• Schedule inspections and ensure proper results.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and staff.
• Compile and ensure completion of punch lists during construction.
• Promote job site safety and keep the site clean and presentable.
