Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-service, upscale restaurant management.
• Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communications; basic accounting skills.
• Flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handler’s card where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking and weekly specials.
• Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure the kitchen stays clean and passes the required inspections.
