Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist who will maintain clinical expertise and supervise staff and students in the clinical setting. The role covers care from neonates to adolescents, with occasional adult patients, and requires CPR proficiency for emergent respiratory situations.

Qualifications include NBRC-recognized Respiratory Care education, Texas licensure, and CRT/RRT credentials. Supervisory experience is preferred and beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduated from NBRC-recognized Respiratory Care program and licensed in Texas.
• Minimum two years of college and two years of respiratory care experience.
• CRT or RRT credentialed by NBRC and current BLS verification.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical expertise and practices as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Supervises staff and students in the clinical setting.
• Care for neonates through adolescents, with occasional adults.
• Capable of performing CPR and responding to emergencies affecting respiratory status.
