Prime Healthcare's Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II (RCP II) for full-time night shifts in the Respiratory Therapy department. The role focuses on performing respiratory therapies and pulmonary diagnostics with attention to patient needs and shift leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds an RCP license, NBRC RRT, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications, with 2 years acute care experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Current state RCP license required.
• NBRC RRT certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• ARC cross certification upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS from AHA or ARC upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS from AHA upon hire and maintain current or within 60 days.
• NRP certificate upon hire and maintain current or within 60 days.
• Two years acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the provider.
• Lead RCP on shift and assist department during coverage.
