RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead in New Brunswick, NJ. The role provides therapeutic, diagnostic, and supportive respiratory care, oversees staff, and implements physician orders in a high‑level clinical setting.

The candidate will lead educational programs, participate in performance improvement, and ensure compliance with department policies. Requires RT credential, NJ license, and BLS; minimum two years in respiratory care with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program (diploma or A.A.S.).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with NBRC credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Respiratory Care staff and students.
• Perform and oversee diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Develop and coordinate education for staff and clinicians.
