You will drive performance improvements, manage workload adjustments, and ensure budget compliance while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes.

The role requires RRT certification, IL license, current CPR/ACLS/NRP/PALS, and NICU Level 3 experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and RRT certification.
• Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner license is required.
• Current CPR, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in Level 3 NICU setting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shift activities, assist staff, and manage workload adjustments.
• Lead respiratory therapy team, ensuring patient care standards, performance improvements, and budget compliance.
• Assess patients, initiate orders, and resolve procedural or equipment issues.
• Address patient, physician, and nursing concerns, reporting incidents to leadership.
