Abrazo Health seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist at Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, Arizona, to provide respiratory care across a variety of patient populations. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic tests, administer therapies, and document patient responses while actively participating in departmental decision making.

Qualified applicants must have a two-year respiratory education program completion, be licensed in Arizona, and have CPR certification, with ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 12 months. This role requires exceptional customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of a formal two-year respiratory education program meeting certification or registration requirements.
• Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in Arizona and CPR. ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workload; monitor work assignments and adjust as needed.
• Perform diagnostic tests including spirometry and arterial line insertions.
• Administer respiratory care services and document patient assessments.
• Participate in departmental decision-making and staff meetings.
