Qualifications

• Completion of formal two-year respiratory education program, CRT and RRT.
• Three years of respiratory experience.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Arizona; CPR. ACLS/PALS/NRP within 12 months as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Administers all modes of respiratory care per hospital policies and procedures.
• Directs, trains and evaluates staff; manages budgets and staffing plans.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and ensures regulatory compliance.
