Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Respiratory Therapy required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• 1 year(s) or more of experience in Respiratory Care required.
• 2 year(s) or more of experience in Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Respiratory Care Coordinator for Assigned Hospital and develops, administers and evaluates the Respiratory Plan of Care.
• Provides invasive and non-invasive care per protocol and collaborates with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient care.
• Maintains certifications (BLS/ACLS) and keeps up with clinical standards and safety policies.
• Assists in patient transport, education for patients and families, and quality improvement activities.
