Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 4 or more years of experience in learning and development, workforce development, organizational development, performance improvement, or a related field; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using KPIs, assessments, dashboards, or other quantitative measures to evaluate training and development effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to translate workforce and performance data into actionable recommendations for hourly employees, supervisors, managers, and salaried professionals.
• Ability to take ownership, challenge assumptions, provide candid feedback, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives through completion with limited direction; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, with Power BI experience a plus.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

• Proactively identify development needs, determine whether training or another intervention is required, and recommend solutions without waiting for direction.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive accountability, constructively challenge assumptions, and continuously improve workforce development programs based on results.
