Qualificações

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and guide a high performing housekeeping team through daily leadership and hands-on support.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces for perfection in detail.
• Deliver polished communication to guests and team members upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintain organized operations including storage areas, supplies, and equipment care.
• Oversee maintenance needs, report and create HotSoS work orders.
• Support team growth through ongoing training and performance reviews.
• Uphold quality and safety in a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
