Job summary

Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in delivering immaculate environments and thoughtful touches that set our resort apart. You will embody Westgate’s hospitality standards and steer daily operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet exacting quality and safety expectations.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and 1+ year in resort housekeeping, with full-time on-site availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ years of housekeeping experience in a resort setting is preferred.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a high performing housekeeping team through daily leadership, coaching, and hands-on support.
• Ensure perfection in guest rooms and public spaces by assigning tasks and conducting inspections.
• Deliver polished, attentive communication to guests and team members with warm hospitality.
• Maintain organized operation including storage areas, supplies, and equipment care.
• Oversee maintenance needs, report and create HotSOS work orders.
• Support team growth through training and performance reviews.
• Uphold quality and safety, conduct routine inspections, foster a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities to enhance guest experience.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver polished, attentive communication to guests and team members, upholding Westgate’s standard of warm, genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a flawlessly organized operation, including storage areas, supplies, and equipment care.
• Oversee maintenance needs, reporting and creating HotSoS work orders.
• Support team growth through ongoing training and participation in performance reviews.
• Uphold exceptional quality and safety, completing routine inspections and fostering a clean, hazard free work environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Other responsibilities assigned by leadership.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ years of Housekeeping experience in resort setting is preferred.
• Fluent in verbal and written English is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.
