Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure procedures are followed while maintaining open communication with guests and colleagues.

The role emphasizes training, inspection of units, and prompt response to guest requests, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a dynamic resort environment.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English; basic to intermediate computer skills (data entry, email management, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and supervise housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.
• Assign duties to staff and inspect their work for accuracy, neatness, and policy adherence.
• Communicate with guests and employees clearly in writing and verbally; address questions and provide direction.
• Inspect units before turnover to guests; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist in training and development of existing and new staff members.
• Report engineering issues according to company procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups with top-notch service.
