Job summary

VisionQuest is seeking a Residential Direct Care Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX, to oversee residential services for youth, supervise Youth Care Workers, and ensure safety and compliant care. You will document progress, coordinate intake and discharge, and support program operations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of residential child-care and supervisory experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and CPR/First Aid/CPI certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree in Human Services is preferred.
• 1-2 years residential child-care experience required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required or 2 years with juveniles preferred.
• Must pass background checks and have CPI/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor Youth Care Workers across all shifts.
• Maintain staff-to-child ratios with direct supervision and line-of-sight.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and address issues with documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, time-off approvals, and timecard reviews.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and internal policies.
