Job summary

Burns & Scalo Roofing is seeking a Residential Roofing Foreman to lead a crew on residential projects, ensuring safety,quality, and on-time delivery. The Foreman serves as on-site leader, trainer, and primary point of communication between the crew, project management, and homeowners.

You will supervise tasks, verify workmanship to specifications, manage materials and equipment, enforce PPE and fall protection, and communicate progress to management.

• Experience leading residential roofing crews.
• Knowledge of PPE and fall protection.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and communicate across teams.

• Lead & supervise residential roofing crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity
• Oversee installations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work and correcting issues as needed
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE and fall protection
• Communicate with management, crew, and homeowners on job progress and issues
• Manage materials & equipment to minimize waste and keep jobs running efficiently

Position Summary

The Residential Roofing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and leading a roofing crew on residential projects. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards and manufacturer specifications. The Foreman acts as the on-site leader, trainer, and primary point of communication between the crew, project management, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise residential roofing crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity
• Oversee installations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work and correcting issues as needed
