Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of condominium and residential properties. The role requires a hands-on leader who can supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate contractors, and ensure that building systems are safe, reliable, and fully operational.

You will work closely with property managers, residents, vendors, and technicians to resolve maintenance concerns and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential property maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Proven ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with property management or work-order systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support maintenance technicians across properties.
• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures with property managers.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules to reduce failures.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor resident work orders.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for building issues.
• Manage repair and improvement projects end-to-end.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, vendors, and resources.
• Monitor third-party contractors and service quality.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Use property management systems to document activity.
• Monitor technician performance and drive improvements.
