Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across a portfolio of condominium and residential properties.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate contractors, and manage preventive maintenance programs to keep systems safe and fully operational. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and the ability to coordinate with property managers, residents, and vendors to

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience within residential property maintenance, condominium maintenance, facilities management, or a related environment.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing maintenance problems and coordinating repairs.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple repair and improvement projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, vendors, materials, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CINC or a similar property management system is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with residents and property stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between assigned properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support maintenance technicians serving a portfolio of condominium and residential properties.
• Coordinate the inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Work closely with property managers to develop and implement maintenance procedures and property-specific repair plans.
