Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of condominium and residential properties. This hands-on leader will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate contractors, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure building systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.

Qualifications

• Residential property maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating contractors.
• Ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple repair and improvement projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CINC or similar property management/work-order system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support maintenance technicians across condominium and residential properties.
• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and property-specific repair plans with property managers.
• Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
• Review, prioritize, assign, and monitor resident and property work orders.
• Troubleshoot building and mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee repair, renovation, and improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors, materials, and internal resources.
• Oversee third-party contractors and service providers and monitor performance.
• Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and compliance; maintain records of inspections and repairs.
• Document work using CINC or similar systems and monitor maintenance activity.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement; communicate with residents and stakeholders.
