Job summary

Work Unlimited seeks a dedicated Residential Program Specialist III (Lead Staff) to supervise 24-hour residential homes, mentor employees, and support residents’ growth. You will oversee on-call duties, weekend premium pay, and coordination with the Program Manager for operational excellence.

A leadership mindset will be essential to empower teams and ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include mentorship, crisis leadership, and ensuring safe, compassionate care across weekly schedules,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 3 months of direct support or supervisory experience.
Basic computer literacy required.
Ability to type without looking at the keyboard.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor staff, fostering a calm, non-reactive demeanor especially in crises.
Plan weekly menus and manage household supplies and budgeting.
Review appointment records, logs, and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.
Respond to on-call needs: cover shifts and arrange coverage as needed.
