Tierney Painting is seeking an experienced residential painter who can take ownership of job sites and lead by example. Strong craftsmanship, reliability, and the desire to grow into leadership are essential. Training on our systems and processes is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on residential painting experience.
• Solid understanding of surface preparation, masking, sanding, patching, priming, cutting, rolling, finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential painting, preparation, finishing, and restoration work.
• Help oversee daily job-site operations and keep projects moving according to the scope of work.
• Work independently and alongside painters and laborers.
• Lead, guide, and support crew members based on your experience and readiness.
• Review completed work and help ensure finishes meet Tierney Painting quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project progress and job-site questions.
• Organize daily workflows, materials, tools, ladders, and job-site needs.
• Follow company safety procedures when working with ladders, stages, scaffolding, and elevated work areas.
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and productive residential job site.
