Painter Bros Huntsville is seeking an experienced Lead Painter who can manage painting projects from start to finish while guiding a crew to meet Painter Bros quality standards. This role requires strong communication with homeowners and commercial clients and the ability to supervise safely and deliver high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional painting experience.
• 2+ years crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential painting and commercial painting.
• Ability to spray, brush, and roll professionally.
• Experience with cabinet finishing preferred.
• Strong drywall repair skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
