R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time experienced Lead Residential HVAC Technician to join our family-owned team. You will manage fieldwork, install and service residential systems, and mentor junior technicians.

We offer a competitive wage up to $45/hour plus a $300 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of PTO that increases over time, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems.
• Installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus!
