R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, INC in Columbus, OH is hiring a full-time experienced HVAC Service Technician to grow your career with an established and respected company. Earn up to $45/hour plus a $300 sign-on and comprehensive benefits.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems, mentor junior technicians, and communicate with customers. A valid driver’s license is required and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems and installing new HVAC systems.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove old HVAC systems and install new HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Train junior team members.
• Communicate with clients and customers clearly.
• Order and maintain equipment; run pipes and ducts through homes.
