R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc. in Columbus, OH, is hiring a full-time experienced Residential HVAC Technician. Earn up to $105,000 per year with a competitive wage up to $45/hour depending on experience, plus a $300 sign-on bonus.

Company vehicle, uniforms, benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities are included. Qualifications include 4+ years in HVAC, knowledge of systems and local codes, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret refrigeration cycles.

Qualifications

• A plus 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems.
• Installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
