Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC projects with on-site supervision.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Inspect systems, perform maintenance, and install equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers; ensure code compliance.

As a Lead HVAC Tech, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! Qualifications

• Removing old HVAC systems
• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Salary: $70000 - $105000 per year
