Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven experience installing and commissioning various HVAC systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ductwork fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and installation specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential retrofit HVAC installations.
• Perform complete system changeouts and install new systems.
• Install and modify ductwork for airflow delivery.
• Run and connect refrigerant line sets and electrical connections.
• Commission every installed system before job completion.
