Comfort Systems of Montana seeks an experienced residential HVAC technician to join our Bozeman team. Be part of building our residential service and retrofit department within a veteran-owned, family‑oriented company offering year‑round work and strong growth opportunities.

Diagnose, repair, and service furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners; log work orders in ServiceTitan; and explain findings to customers in plain language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification is required; Nate certification training provided.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan and tablet-based tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform system performance tests and preventive maintenance.
• Log work orders and customer histories in ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in clear, non-technical language.
• Collaborate with sales on equipment sizing and proposals.
• Follow safety standards and local codes.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service.
