As a Journeyman Installer, you will lead installations, ensuring electronic and mechanical components meet high standards of quality and efficiency, and work on a variety of HVAC systems, including smart home automation and energy‑efficient technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision, including ductwork, mechanical components, and smart home automation systems.
• Supervise and train 1–2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with strong communication skills.
• Rapidly address challenges using analytical skills, promoting teamwork and shared goals.
• Maintain current industry standards and technology advancements; obtain or be willing to obtain EPA and NATE certifications.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED mandatory.
• Minimum two (2) years of HVAC industry experience.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems; ability to read mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.Must have or be willing to obtain EPA Certification (Universal); NATE certification expected within first 12 months.
