Advanced Home Services in Rigby, ID is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team. This full-time role leads installation crews, performs retrofit replacements for furnaces and air conditioners, and ensures safety and quality on every job.

You will conduct system tests, communicate with homeowners, maintain truck stock, and balance technical work with exceptional customer service. Pre-employment checks apply; valid license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Install experience.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems and lead crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system and check for CO and gas leaks.
• Place a heavy emphasis on customer service.
• Daily tasks include the technical work, collecting payments, providing detailed home information, and maintaining truck inventory.
• Communicate with homeowners about system status after service.
