Job summary
Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Lead Installer to oversee replacement and installation projects in the Aurora area. You will lead the installation crew, communicate with homeowners, organize jobs, and ensure the finished system meets Hartzell's safety, performance, and craftsmanship standards.
Qualified candidates have several years of residential HVAC installation experience, prior lead or crew-leader roles, and an EPA certification.
Qualifications
- Several years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Experience as a lead installer, senior installer, or crew leader.
- EPA Certification required.
- Ability to coach and supervise installation crews.
Responsibilities
- Review project scope, equipment, and materials before starting a job.
- Assign tasks to installers and helpers based on experience.
- Oversee residential replacement and full-system installations.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ products.
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.
- Provide clear communication with customers and team members.
