Service Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer in Chantilly, VA. You will lead installation projects, install/replace furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork, and ensure system performance and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC installation with 2+ years in a lead role, excellent communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to mentor junior staff onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years HVAC installation experience; 2+ years in lead role.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Own hand tools required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Mentorship and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Test system performance and verify operation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve promptly.
• Mentor junior installers and apprentices onsite.
• Follow safety guidelines and building codes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and managers.
• Keep accurate records of jobs and materials.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
