Job summary

Masters Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. You will lead installation projects for residential systems, install, modify, and overhaul air conditioners and furnaces, and ensure top-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, Journeyman status, EPA certification, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with Journeyman
• EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to mentor and lead installation teams

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and overhaul residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners and furnaces.
• Lead a high-performing installation team and coordinate with service staff.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide exceptional service and communicate effectively with customers.
