Job summary

Service Minds is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to perform high-quality residential installations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment in homes, ensuring safety and adherence to codes and company standards.

You must have strong mechanical aptitude, read wiring diagrams, and communicate professionally with homeowners while working effectively with the installation team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing residential air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical installation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems safely and according to manufacturer specs, company standards, and codes.
• Complete system replacements, upgrades, and new installations.
• Troubleshoot installation-related issues and ensure systems are tested and operating correctly.
